Also attached herewith is the Limited Review Report under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 issued by M/s. M Anandam & Co., Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company. At the Board Meeting, the Board also approved the Re-constitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee by 1) Re-designating Shri T R C Bose (presently a member of the Committee), as Chairperson and 2) Shri B.V.
