This is with reference to our intimation dated 14th November, 2018, informing about the decisions of the Board of Directors of the Company approving the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Apollo Pharmacies Limited ("APL"), and their respective shareholders and creditors ("Scheme") In this regard, we would like to inform you that the Division Bench, Chennai of the NCLT, vide its Order dated 28th August, 2019 in the Company Scheme Application No. 804 of 2019 has directed the Company to convene the Meeting of its Equity Shareholders at Music Academy, Chennai , on Monday, the 21st day of October, 2019 at 11.00 a.m., to consider and approve the Scheme of Arrangement. The Company is in the process of issuing Notices to Equity Shareholders.07-09-2019
