Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which was originally scheduled on Monday, 22nd June 2020, to consider and approve the audited financial results (both standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2020 vide our earlier letter dated 28th May 2020, has now been re-scheduled to Thursday, 25th June 2020. Further in accordance with the Provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended) and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window would continue to remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e., upto 27th June 2020.12-06-2020
