With profound sorrow and grief, we regret to inform you that Shri Bhupesh Chand Gupta (DIN: 00003658), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, passed away on Monday, the 03rd May, 2021. Accordingly, he ceases to be Director of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date. Shri Bhupesh Chand Gupta was appointed on the Board of the Company on the 12th February, 2020, and during his tenure the Company immensely benefitted from his leadership. His untimely and sad demise will be an irreparable loss to the Company. The Company, its Directors and Management extend their deep sympathy and condolences to his family.
