 This is in further to our above-mentioned letter and in-principle approvals received from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited both dated the 30th November, 2022, in relation to the Preferential Issue for issue and allotment upto 74,40,000 Equity shares to certain Non-Promoter (Public) category at an Issue Price of Rs. 27/- (including the premium of Rs. 22/-).
