Dhanuka Agritech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2020, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend @ 600% (i.e. Rs. 12.00 per Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 2/- each) amounting total outflow of Rs. 68.83 Crores (inclusive of Corporate Dividend Tax).The payment of Interim Dividend shall be start from February 26, 2020 and shall be made within 30 days of its declaration.
