Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that in accordance with the advisories/ instructions issued by the Central Government and the State Governments and in order to ensure health of all stakeholders in view of the COVID 19 pandemic, the business of the Company are closed till the end of the lockdown. The Company had already moved to ''work from home'' policy for all its office employees, thereby significantly reducing risk to them in this period.
