In accordance to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CMDI/CIR/P/ 2020/106 dated 24th June, 2020, which provides extension of further one month (i.e. till 31st July, 2020) in order to facilitate the smooth working during the CoVID-19 virus pandemic, for submitting the financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2020, the Company would be availing such extension for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2020. Accordingly the financial results of the Company can be published up to 31st July, 2020 under Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations. Necessary intimation will be given to the Stock Exchange in due course.
