The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 along with the copy of Auditors Report on Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. We would like to state that M/s.GPS & Associates., Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 121344W) the Auditors of the Company, have issued Audit Reports with modified opinion on the Standalone and consolidated Financial Statements and as required we hereby submit the Annexure I, in the prescribed format thereby furnishing Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications (for audit report with modified opinion).
