 In Compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that as per the recent directives issued by the State Government, offices will operate with full strength in normal working hours. Our Yo! China Restaurants and Take Away Express, Food & Beverage section will operate only with 50% of its Dine-In capacity and 9 to 9 Banquet Hall will also operate with 200 persons only at a time and with all the preventive measures. The Company will strictly follow the COVID-19 guidelines and all the directives issued by the state Governments and local administration in this regard. We are also taking all the necessary measures like social distancing, temperature testing, providing masks, gloves and sanitizers etc. to ensure safety and well-being of all the employees and workers. The duration of this situation will depend upon further directives to be issued by the State Government in this regard.
