 Dear Sir(s) Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company as defined in the Code of conduct for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from, Saturday, April 01, 2023 till 48(Forty Eight) hours(both days inclusive) after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board Of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ending on March 31, 2023. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ending March 31, 2023 will be communicated separately in due course.

 We would like to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with the corporate governance provisions as specified in Regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply, in respect of - a) The listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crores and net worth not exceeding rupees twenty-five crores, as on the last day of the previous financial year; b) The listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange Kindly take note that the Company is covered under Clause '(b)' as mentioned above therefore, provisions of Regulation 23(9) is not applicable to our Company.
