 In continuation to our earlier letter dated 23rd March, 2020 and in Compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that all units of Yo! China Restaurant, Take away express, 9 to 9 Salon, 9 to 9 Banquet Hall and offices has been closed from 23rd March, 2020 till 31st March, 2020 due to lockdown announced by the Government to prevent & contain the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), only 9 to 9 Super Market, Grocery Section will remains open as reported earlier. The Government of India on dated 24th March, 2020 imposed a complete lockdown in the Country for 21 days from midnight at 12:00 p.m. due of COVID-19. Accordingly, the all units of the Company as mentioned above shall remain closed, only 9 to 9 Super Market, Grocery Section will remains open.
