 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, and in continuation of our earlier letter dated July 15, 2020, regarding the closure of all units of Yo! China Restaurant, Take away express, 9 to 9 Salon and offices to prevent & contain the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). In this regard we wish to inform you that Company has opened offices with cut in employee strength, 9 to 9 Salon, home delivery of Yo! China Restaurant and Take Away Express as per the directives issued by the State Government Guidelines. Further, the Company will strictly follow the COVID-19 guidelines and all the directives issued by the Central Government, State Governments and local administration in this regard. We are also taking all the necessary measures like social distancing, temperature testing, providing masks, gloves and sanitizers etc. to ensure safety and well-being of all the employees and workers.
