Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Company has on March 1, 2024 completed the execution of the Deed of Assignment and Deed of Retirement with respect to the acquisition of Ayushi and Poonam Estates LLP. Their existing partners have assigned their capital and profit in Ayushi and Poonam Estates LLP to Chalet Hotels Limited and Sonmil Industries Private Limited (wholly owned subsidiary), as a result of which Chalet and Sonmil own 100% of the capital and 100% of the profit. Payment of consideration has been completed and existing partners have retired from Ayushi and Poonam Estates LLP. No further payouts are due.
