Chalet Hotels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, to consider and approve inter-alia, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2020. In terms of Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, a notice with respect to the consideration of the Financial Results, is also being published in the newspapers. Further, as intimated earlier, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company by all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed for the purpose of declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results and shall remain closed up to the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results. Accordingly, the trading window shall open on and from November 13, 2020.
