 Chalet Hotels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/05/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 and to consider appropriate fund raising options, subject to the receipt of applicable regulatory/statutory approvals and as may be permitted under applicable laws. Further, as intimated earlier, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company by all Designated Persons and immediate relatives has been closed for the purpose of declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results and shall remain closed up to the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results.
