Dear Sir(s), In terms of SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018, We hereby state that as on 31st March, 2019, we do not have- 1. Debt securities or non-convertible redeemable preference share, listed on a recognized stock exchange(s) in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; and 2. An outstanding long term borrowing of Rs. 100 Crores or above as mentioned in the circular; and 3. Any credit rating of AA and above. Therefore, on the basis of the above mentioned points, we hereby confirm that we are not a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria given under the circular.
