 SRU Steels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. b) Any other business with permission of the Chair. Further for the purpose of the above and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading, the intimation regarding the closure of trading window [i.e. from Friday, January 01, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours post the date of Board Meeting] for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been submitted to the stock exchanges. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed from Friday, January 01, 2021 till Saturday, February 13, 2021 (both the days are inclusive). This is for your information and records.
