 We wish to inform you that Mr Manohar Mollama (ICSI Membership No. A-39254) has stepped down from the role of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) w.e.f. October 28, 2021, to pursue personal interests & opportunities. His last working day in the Company was October 28, 2021. Mr Mollama has rendered excellent service to the Group over the years, and while we are saddened to see him go, we wish him all the best in his future endeavors and pursuits. The Company has accepted his request and relieved him from responsibilities as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) with effect from the closing of business hours of October 28, 2021. We will appoint his successor expeditiously, and intimate the same to the Stock Exchanges. We request you to kindly take the same on the record according to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
