The Company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Its affairs, business and assets are being managed by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Dinkar T. Venkatasubramanian, ('RP') of the Company with effect from 12th January 2018 therefore the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results approved by Resolution Professional and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Officers, Designated Employees and Connected Persons, till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended on September, 2022.
