Kindly take note that the despite the best efforts put in by the management, the Company could not close its financials within the stipulated timelines as laid down in Regulations 33(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 i.e by 30th May, 2023, since the audit couldn't be completed/ done and is under process.In view of the above, we would request you to kindly condone the delay in submission of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2023.Further, in this connection and in continuation of our letter dated March 29, 2023, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company had been closed from April 01, 2023 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the date of declaration of audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2023, pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code for prohibition of Insider Trading Metalyst Forgings Limited - 513335 - Results-Delay in Financial Results
