Board of Directors in its meeting held today has approved the sale of 2544 Equity shares of Rs. 10000/- each of BNK Securities Pvt. Ltd. (entire holding) for a consideration of Rs. 9.40 crores approx. to BNK Capital Advisors LLP (Related Party). The said transaction was earlier approved by the Audit Committee of the Board. The above Related Party Transaction is subject to approval of shareholders of the Company as the same is material in nature. It is proposed to take the approval of shareholders by way of Postal Ballot. The copy of the Notice of Postal Ballot shall be sent to the Exchanges in due course.
