 Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on August 14, 2019, the Board has adopted Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2019 along with Limited Review Report for the same. We would like to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today, the Directors have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.0.50 per Equity Share of Rs.10 each of the Company. (5% of the face value) The Interim Dividend shall be paid on and from, August 26, 2019 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, August 22, 2019 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
