Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and with the Company's Code of Conduct of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Company's securities was closed from July 1, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results i.e., upto August 16, 2021.06-08-2021
