 Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Resolution Professional Committee shall consider and adopt the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020, at its meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2021.
