 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that in fully compliance to the directions issued by Central Government to prevent spread of COVID-19, as responsible corporate citizen, to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and all stakeholders, the Company has decided to temporarily close its offices and manufacturing facilities located at Vatva, Ahmedabad and Padra, Vadodara till 15 April 2020 or till withdrawal of directions issued by the government. In the present situation, it is difficult to ascertain impact of outbreak of Novel COVID 19 on the business operations of the Company. Kiri Industries Ltd - 532967 - Updates On Court Case In Singapore In Compliance With Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

 With regard to above, we would like to inform that Singapore International Commercial Court ('SICC') today delivered its final judgement on DyStar's claim (Case SIC/3) against Kiri Industries Limited. As per the said judgment, the Company has to pay USD 678,480.50 (including interest till 3rd March 2020) towards damages caused to DyStar on account of solicitation of their customer in Morocco and Sri Lanka. The SICC has also awarded costs sum of SGD 245,877.52 payable by the Company to DyStar. The Company has filed appeal against part of the judgement. Please also note that in Company's minority oppression suit against Senda (Case SIC/4), first trench hearing of valuation of DyStar has been concluded on 2nd March 2020 and second trench of hearing was fixed from 31st March 2020 to 3rd April, 2020.
