Further to our letter dated August 10, 2020 for submission of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, alongwith Limited Review Report issued by M/s. Pramodkumar Dad & Associates, Statutory Auditors of the Company, we would like to inform that there was a typographical error in Consolidated Financial Results in 'Purchases in Stock-in-trade' for the column 'Quarter ended on 30/06/2020', which shall be read as 93.87 instead of (59.99) and in 'Changes in inventories of finished goods work-in-progress and Stock-in-trade' for the column 'Quarter ended on 30/06/2020' shall be read as (154.10) instead of (0.24) in the said results. In view of above, we submit herewith the revised Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report and Management notes on results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.
