 As per direction of Court of Appeal (the Supreme Court of Singapore) judgement dated 6 July 2022, to give effect of judgement in valuation of Company's stake in DyStar, the Singapore International Commercial Court called a Case Management Conference on 8 August, 2022, specifically for determination of amount of notional license fee payable by Longsheng for its wrongful exploitation of the Patent and for addition of the said amount in the valuation of Kiri's stake relating to the execution of the buy-out order. The SICC has directed both parties to make written submissions by 26th August 2022 limited to 20 pages. No new evidences are to be introduced, only available evidences are to be considered. The Court will update on its decision after considering the written submissions. You are requested to kindly note the above.
