Rail Vikas Nigam Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 10th February, 2023, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. Further, pursuant to the 'RVNL code of conduct for regulating and reporting trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives' the Trading Window Closure Period has commenced from 1st January, 2023 and will end 48 hours after the financial results are made public on 10th February, 2023. Intimation regarding closure of trading window has already been given vide our Notice dated December 28, 2022.
