 Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 43 of the listing Regulations, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 24th March, 2023 have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 1.77/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 17.7 %) for the financial year 2022-23. The Record date i.e. Thursday, 6th April, 2023 for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend has been fixed for the said purpose. Interim Dividend payment will be completed on or before 22.04.2023.

 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that Ministry of Railways, Government of India, vide its Order No. 2022/PL/57/10 dated 16.03.2023 (copy enclosed) received vide email dated 17.03.2023 has conveyed that the President of India has approved the appointment of Shri A.K. Khandelwal, Principal Executive Director (GS), Railway Board as Part-time Government Director on the Board of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) with immediate effect, till he holds the post of Principal Executive Director (GS), Railway Board or until further orders, whichever is earlier. ln compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment formalities and requisite disclosures in this regard will be submitted in due course.
