Furniture paints firm AGI Greenpac announced Q3FY23 results: Q3FY23: Revenue from operations stood at Rs 567 crore, registering a growth of 43% on a YoY basis Operating EBITDA stood at Rs 113 crore, registering a growth of 39% on a YoY basis with margins of 20% Net profit stood at Rs 53 crore, registering a growth of 81% on a YoY basis with margins of 9% 9MFY23: Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,601 crore, registering a growth of 60% on a YoY basis Operating EBITDA stood at Rs 292 crore, registering a growth of 37% on a YoY basis with margins of 18% Net profit stood at Rs 153 crore, registering a growth of 94% on a YoY basis with margins of 10% Commenting on the quarterly results, Mr. Sandip Somany, Chairman and Managing Director, AGI Greenpac Limited said, “AGI Greenpac growth was broad-based on our agile business model, improved product mix. With profound grief and sorrow, we regret to inform you of the sad demise of Dr. Rajendra Kumar Somany, Chairman & Managing Director and Promoter of the Company on Friday, 20th January, 2023. Dr. R. K. Somany had been associated with the Company since its incorporation in 1960 and he was the stalwart in the sanitaryware industry and under his leadership, the brand name 'Hindware' became one of the leading household brand across India.
