Pursuant to Regulation 68 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), 2015, we hereby intimate that Smt. Meenakshi Jayaraman, has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the Company. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from services of the Company from 14th January, 2019. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary Smt. Meenakshi Jayaraman also ceases to be the Compliance officer of the Company. The Company is taking necessary steps for short listing her successor and the same shall be promptly intimated to the stock exchange. Further, in order to ensure due compliance of the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Board in their meeting dated January 14, 2019 has appointed Mr. Vimal Lunawath, Whole-Time Director of the Company as the Compliance officer of the Company until a Company Secretary has been appointed in place.
