This is in reference to the e-mail dated 15th July, 2022 received from BSE Listing Compliance Department, advising to submit the filings in respect of Related Party Transactions (Regulation 23(9)) for the period ended March 31, 2022 in XBRL mode. In this regard, we would like to submit that we have already informed your esteemed exchange vide our letter no. SFL/2022-23/99 dated May 31, 2022 that regulation 23(9) is not mandatorily applicable to our Company.
