 With reference to your e-mail dated 17.07.2021, vide which you have observed the following discrepancy in the Standalone Financial Results for the year ended March, 2021 submitted by the Company: Discrepancy: Unaudited Results for Year end Submitted (Submit Audited results for Year End) - In Result Column Unaudited Year End Mentioned. In this regard, we like to clarify that aforesaid results submitted by the Company on 26th June, 2021 were the Audited Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021. However, in the Statement of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2021, the respective column for the results for the year ended 31.03.2021 was inadvertently got mentioned as Unaudited instead of Audited. The required correction is now done in the Statement of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2021 and the same is enclosed herewith. You are requested to kindly take the above on your records.

Samrat Forgings Ltd - 543229 - Non Applicability Of Regulation 23(9) Of SEBI (Listing Obligation And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 For The Half Year Ended On 31St March, 2021

 As per the provisions of Regulation 15(2) of the Listing Regulations, Regulation 23(9) shall not apply to the listed entities having paid up capital not exceeding Rs. 10 Crore and Net worth not exceeding Rs. 25 Crore as on the last day of the previous financial year. Since the paid up capital of the Company is Rs. 5,00,00,000/- (Rupees five crore only) and the Net worth of the Company is Rs. 19,68,63,656/- (Rupees nineteen crore sixty eight lakh sixty three thousand six hundred fifty six only) as on the last day of the previous financial year i.e. 31st March, 2021, therefore, the Company falls within the ambit of aforesaid exemption. Hence, compliance with the provisions of Regulation 23(9) of the Listing Regulations is not applicable on the Company. Consequently, it is not required for the Company to submit Disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the half year ended on 31st March, 2021.

 This is to inform you that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/27/2019 dated 08th February, 2019 is not applicable to the Company. Since the paid up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 5,00,00,000/- (Rupees five crore only) and the Net worth of the Company is Rs. 19,68,63,656/- (Rupees nineteen crore sixty eight lakh sixty three thousand six hundred fifty six only) as on the last day of the previous financial year i.e. 31st March, 2021. Therefore, in view of the above, the Company is exempted under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and consequently the Company is also exempted from submitting the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended 31st March, 2021 to the Stock Exchange.
