This is with reference to your e-mail having Ref. No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/NK/ 2021-2022 / 372 dated November 26, 2021 asking us to provide any information/ announcement (including impending announcement) which may have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour in the scrip. In this regard, we wish to apprise you that the Company has been making prompt disclosures of all events or information that have a bearing on the operations/ performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Further, we also wish to apprise you that the Company is not aware of any information which is required to be intimated to Stock Exchanges as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and that has not been intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
