 This has reference to our letter No. SECT/06/2022/01 dated June 01, 2022 regarding intimation of declaration of interim dividend for the year 2022 at the rate of Rs. 6.50/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each by the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited ('Company'). Pursuant to the Finance Act, 2020, with effect from April 1, 2020, Dividend Distribution Tax is abolished and dividend income is taxable in the hands of the shareholders.
