Venus Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2016, has considered that in the light of the delay in some pending permissions, the Board has decided to withdraw the proposal of Preferential Allotment of 9,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each approved at AGM held on August 25, 2015 with liberty to consider a fresh proposal of allotment of shares at an appropriate stage by placing the same before the general meeting.24-06-2016
