Vinati Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2017, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Re. 0.50 for the Financial Year 2016-2017. The payment is subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Surplus funds will be utilised in the best interest of Company & shareholders.13-05-2017
