 This is in continuation to our earlier communication wherein we had intimated the stock exchanges that the final dividend of Rs. 1.35 per equity share on the face value of Rs. 2/- each i.e. 67.50% recommended by the Board to the equity shareholders to be paid out of the net profit for the year ended 31 March 2024, subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company. In this regard, the "Record Date" as Friday 07 June, 2024 also fixed by the Board and intimated to the stock exchanges.
