 We wish to inform that :- 1) 31st Annual General Meeting of Uno Minda Limited (formerly known as Minda Industries Limited) will be held on Wednesday, 20 September, 2023 at 10.30 a.m. through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). 2) Cut off date for remote e-voting is Wednesday, 13 September, 2023. The remote e-voting shall commence on Friday, 15 September, 2023 at 9.00 a.m. and will end on Tuesday, 19 September, 2023 at 5.00 p.m. 3) Further, in pursuance to the requirement of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Book will remain closed from Thursday, 14 September, 2023 to Wednesday, 20 September, 2023 (inclusive of both the days) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.

 With reference to our intimation dated 18 May, 2023, wherein we have informed that the Board of Direcotrs of the Company at their meeting held on 18 May, 2023 recommended the final dividend @ Rs.1/- per share i.e. 50% to the equity shareholders of the company for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting. Further, to our aforesaid communication and in compliance of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Record Date has been fixed as 31 August, 2023 for the purpose of taking the record of eligible shareholders / beneficial owners for payment of final dividend, as may be approved by the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.

 This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated 24th May, 2022, 3rd September, 2022 and 14th July, 2023, we wish to inform you that the scheme of arrangement of Harita Fehrer Limited ("Wholly Owned Subsidiary/Tranferor Company") and Minda Storage Batteries Private Limited ("Wholly Owned Subsidiary/Demerged Company") with Uno Minda Limited ("Holding Company/Transferee Company/Resulting Compay/Compamy") and their respective shareholders and creditors, has been sanctioned by the Hon''ble National Compamy Law Tribunal, Court-III, New Delhi ("NCLT") vide order dated 13th July, 2023. The certified copy of the NCLT order was filed with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana by the company today i.e. on 14th of August, 2023.

UNO Minda Ltd-$ - 532539 - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

 This is to inform that the Company has commissioned its new EV systems plant under subsidiary Uno Minda Buehler Motor Private Limited (UMBM) in Bawal, Haryana. The plant will manufacture traction motors/ BLDC motors for EV 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler. UMBM has already received orders from OEMs and is expected to start supplies by Q3 FY 24.
