 This is in continuation of our earlier communication(s) regarding the aforesaid scheme of amalgamation and as per the order dated 01 September, 2023 of the Hon''ble NCLT, New Delhi, Special Bench (Court-II), directing to fix up the specific "Appointed date" (Calendar Date) regarding the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation, so as to make all the stakeholders aware about the said "Appointed Date". This is to inform that the "Appointed Date" against the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation has been fixed as 1st April, 2023, as per the directives of the Hon''ble NCLT, New Delhi Bench. Accordingly, as directed by the Hon''ble NCLT, New Delhi Bench, the Notice regarding the afoesaid "Appointed Date" has been published in The Times of India (English) and Dainik Jagran (Hindi) newspapers on 16 September, 2023 in all the additions of these papers.

 This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated 31 August, 2023 with regard to Credit Rating, we wish to inform that ICRA vide their letter(s) dated 15 September, 2023 has :- 1) reaffirmed long term rating of [ICRA] AA+ (pronounced ICRA double A plus) to Rs. 300 Crore of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) and assigned a long term rating of [ICRA] AA+ (pronounced ICRA double A plus) to the fresh NCD programme of Rs. 100 Crores of Uno Minda Limited, thereby the total rating is for Rs. 400 Crore for the NCD programme.
