Further, to our letter dated 8th February, 2023 and in terms of the communication dated 15 January, 2024 and 16 January, 2024 received from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) (copies enclosed) and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, it is hereby informed that the RTA connectivity of the company has been shifted to the new RTA, Alankit Assignments Limited with effect from 16 January, 2024.
