Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for all Promoters/Directors/Connected persons/ designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2023. The closure is in connection with audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023. The trading window will open after 48 hours of the said audited financial results are declared to the stock exchange. The date of meeting of Board of Directors for approving the audited financial results will be intimated in due course within the prescribed timeline.27-03-2023
