The Board of Directors, at it's meeting held today i.e. on Friday, 10th December, 2021, has inter-alia transacted the following items of business: The Equity Shares of the Company have been listed and traded on the SME Platform of BSE Limited for more than four years and the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is more than Rupees Ten Crores. Hence, the Company is eligible to migrate to the Main Board of the Stock Exchange, as per the procedures laid down under Chapter IX of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2018 and the Migration Policy of BSE Limited. A Special Resolution of the members of the Company, in respect of Migration to the Main Board of BSE Limited, was passed through Postal Ballot on 1st July, 2021. The proposed listing on the Main Board of BSE Limited will enhance the visibility and prestige of the Company, increase the liquidity of the Equity Shares and expand the retail shareholder base and about business growth & future plans.10-12-2021
