This is with reference to the BSE Circular Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE Circular Ref No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 02.04.2019, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company's Securities by Insiders framed under SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the Code) w.e.f April 1, 2020 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31st, 2020. With respect to the captioned subject matter and considering the various Guidelines/ Regulations/ Rules etc. viz. ''Government Directions'' issued by the Government of India on 24th March, 2020 wherein provided that from the midnight of 24th March, 2020, the entire country would remain under a lockdown for the period of next 21 days and thus the commercial and private establishments were mandated to close/ suspend their business operations and manufacturing activities temporarily for aforementioned period. In view of all above facts and adverse circumstances which is beyond the control, we would like to state the Company has already temporarily suspended/ closed all its operations till further orders of Government to resume the operations.28-03-2020
