 With reference to the above captioned subject, this is to inform you that in the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on Thursday, the 12th day of August, 2021, proposed the name of M/s. A T M & Associates, Chartered Accountant, Indore (Firm Registration No. 017397C) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years from the conclusion of 30th AGM up to the conclusion of 35th AGM to be held in for the financial year 2025-26 in place of M/s C Lasod & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 006842C), the retiring Auditors of the Company whose tenure expires at ensuing Annual General Meeting Further, pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, and with reference to the Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 regarding Continual Disclosure Requirement for Listed Entities, we are enclosing disclosure as required under sub-para 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III regarding Change in Auditors of the Company.
