 This is in continuation of our letter dated 30th July, 2022 regarding information of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. In compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to submit the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 together with Limited Review Report duly approved by the Board of the Directors of the Company in their meeting held on today, i.e. 8th Day of August, 2022 at the Corporate office of the Company.
