Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 26, 2021, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Re. 0.50 per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2021 - 22.
