With reference to the above we are to inform you that the complainant has requested the transmission of shares three months ago but has not furnished required documents for transmission / issue of duplicate certificates and the same was pending for want of required documents. Our RTA through various mails/letters intimated the Complainant about requirement of documents and the Complainant recently on 03.01.2023 has furnished all required documents. RTA is processing transmission & issue of duplicate shares to the Complainant and will be completed within stipulated timelines.
