 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) 2015, this is to inform you that in view of the directions passed by the Government authorities to prevent & contain the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and all stakeholders, Kamdhenu Limited ("the Company") has closed its paints manufacturing operations at Chopanki, Alwar, Rajasthan and Steel manufacturing operations at Bhiwadi, Alwar, Rajasthan w.e.f 22nd March, 2020 till 31st March, 2020. This is further informed that the Company has adopted the Work from Home Policy as per the Government Guidelines to serve the purpose. Safety and well-being of the employees remains our top priority. We are hopeful and confident that the measures taken by the Government will help to contain the spread of COVID-19. In case the Central or the State Government extend the date of closure, we shall abide by the same. Please take the same on record.
